The Designer Series Paper is Bella Rose. Isn't it just beautiful? The Fabulous Friend stamp (part of the Oval All Stamp Set) matches the paper practically perfectly. Also, I just love the new Scallop Border Punch, it really dresses up any card.
We are going to make this at card class this month.
